Waitlist Membership Policies
Drop-In Lessons
Drop-In Lessons ($95) are available during the fall and spring sessions to former Studio Members (within a year of last lesson) and current Waitlist Members only.
Singers are limited to one Drop-In Lesson per week.
Scheduling
Waitlist Members will receive weekly emails with available Drop-In Lesson slots. These are first-come, first-served. Drop-In Lessons cannot be scheduled more than a week in advance.
Payment must be made at the time of scheduling.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be done with at least 24-hours notice and must be done within the same semester as the originally purchased lesson.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the lesson cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
No-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Attendance
If a singer is more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, it will be considered cancelled.
Three no-shows in a semester will lead to a termination of the Waitlist Membership without a refund of paid lessons.
Group Classes
Registering
Waitlist Members can sign up for as many Waitlist Group Classes during each semester as they are able.
Group Class limits are set to 5 singers per class (subject to change), so plan ahead and sign up early.
Attendance
Once registered, refunds will not be issued if you cancel or miss the session.
